Our al fresco restaurant provides breakfast, morning and
afternoon tea, lunch and dinner for our in-house guests and
is also open for the public on weekends
( Friday, Saturday
and Sunday ).
We can cater for up to 70 People (Sit down)
and up to 150 people for Fingerfood. We are fully licensed and have a
cosy Bar next to the fireplace.

Markus Ryf
formerly Head Chef of the Sebel Reef House at Palm Cove and Sous Chef at the Thala Lodge in Port Douglas and before he was a chef in one of the best five star resorts in Grand Montana, Switzerland. He cooked for Brigitte Bardot, Demi Russo and Jean Paul Bellmondo.
