Christoph Huber 

(formerly owner of Atlantis Restaurant at Trinity Beach) was a private chef for banker Richard Dryfus and cooked for celebrities like Isabelle Lucas, Elisabeth Taylor, Lady Spencer, Arthur Cohn and the prince of Malta

Markus Ryf

(formerly Head Chef of the Sebel Reef House at Palm Cove  and Sous Chef of the Thala Lodge Port Douglas) and before he was a chef in one of the best five star resorts in Grand Montana, Switzerland. He cooked for Brigitte Bardot, Demi Russo and Jean Paul Bellmondo.

They are well known Chefs specializing in fine food and functions according to your requirements.
